The sweeping curved stretcher base, the rhythmic interlocking-circle frieze, and the bold contrast of ebonised black against warm mahogany and burnished gold speak the language of neoclassical authority and refinement.

Materials & Finish

The table is constructed from solid mahogany, hand-carved and finished in a deep warm tone that honours the wood's natural lustre. The four tapered legs are ebonised to a high-gloss black lacquer finish, capped at each corner with fluted gold leaf rosette mounts. The apron is dressed in a painted interlocking-circle motif highlighted with gold and terracotta accents, divided at centre by a bold reeded tablet in burnished gold.

Craftsmanship

Every element is handcrafted in the Brass & Wood atelier in Egypt by master woodworkers trained in classical European joinery. Gold leaf application, ebonising, and decorative painting are executed entirely by hand, ensuring each piece carries the subtle variation that distinguishes artisan work from mass production.
