Materials

The body is crafted from solid wood, finished in a warm ivory lacquer that serves as the perfect canvas for the hand-painted decoration. The top is dressed in a slab of natural emperador marble, its deep brown veining providing a striking contrast to the creamy base. Brass hardware anchors each drawer with period-correct elegance.

Craftsmanship

Each piece is hand-painted by Brass & Wood artisans in Egypt, who painstakingly apply delicate rose bouquets and gilded arabesque scrollwork by brush. The bombe form itself is shaped through traditional woodworking joinery, and the cabriole legs are carved and finished by hand, ensuring that no two commodes are ever exactly alike.
