The Dining Table
The centrepiece of the set is a generously proportioned rectangular dining table resting on twin sculpted pedestal bases with elegantly splayed legs. The ivory lacquered top is embellished with gilded hand-painted motifs and framed by a beaded gilt border. Select your preferred seating capacity — from 6 up to 32 seats — to suit intimate family dinners or grand ceremonial banquets alike.
The Dining Chairs
Two chair variants are included, both sharing the same Louis XVI medallion-back silhouette. The oval back is encircled by a hand-carved twisted-rope frame crowned with a carved floral rosette, all in ivory with gold highlights.
- Chairs Without Arms: Slender fluted tapered legs with carved rosette corner blocks. The padded seat and oval back panel are upholstered in a soft ivory/champagne-toned velvet. Adjust the quantity to suit your table configuration.
- Chairs With Arms: Identical in carving and upholstery, with the addition of gracefully scrolled armrests — ideal for head-of-table positions or simply for added comfort. Adjust the quantity independently.
The Buffet
The matching buffet brings the same carved ivory-and-gilt vocabulary to your storage needs. Cabriole-style feet, rope-twist border mouldings, carved panel insets, and ormolu-style hardware echo every detail of the table and chairs. Choose a buffet width from 200 cm to 600 cm to fit your dining room perfectly, whether you need a slender sideboard or an expansive banquet credenza.
Craftsmanship & Customisation
Each piece is built on a solid wood frame, shaped by skilled Cairo artisans with classical European training. Hand-applied ivory lacquer, hand-gilded accent carving, and velvet upholstery are all executed in-house, making every set a unique work of decorative art. Customisation — including fabric colour, finish tone, and dimensions — is available on request.
