Drawing from the grand tradition of Victorian interior opulence, this salon pouf unites the romance of tropical botanical motifs — leopards resting among oversized blooms and lush foliage — with the timeless elegance of tassel fringe dressing. The result is a statement accent piece that anchors a living room with colour, character, and artisan prestige.

Upholstery & Materials

The circular top and sides are upholstered in a light sky-blue ground fabric printed with a rich tropical scene featuring large amber and rust-toned florals, broad tropical leaves, and hand-illustrated leopard figures. A woven gimp trim separates the upholstered body from the generous cascade of rope-twisted tassel fringe in a complementary muted silver-sage tone. The solid wood internal frame provides a sturdy foundation for the generously padded seat.

Craftsmanship

Every Brass & Wood pouf is assembled by hand in Egypt by skilled artisans trained in classical European upholstery techniques. The fringe is carefully trimmed to an even fall, the gimp band is hand-stitched, and the fabric is cut and aligned to ensure the pattern is centred and balanced on every visible face of the piece.
