Materials & Upholstery

The architectural frame is constructed from solid hardwood, hand-carved by master craftsmen to produce intricate relief detailing across the crest rail, corner posts, and apron frieze. The upholstery presents a crisp ivory-toned fabric, diamond button-tufted across the high arched backrest and sides, adding depth and classical opulence. The single generous seat cushion is generously padded for comfort without sacrificing the sofa's stately silhouette.

Craftsmanship

Every joint, carving, and tufting button is executed by hand at the Brass & Wood atelier in Egypt, ensuring no two pieces are precisely identical. The wood receives a warm medium-brown antiqued finish that highlights the carved grain and imparts an authentic aged character.
