An order is not considered accepted until we send an order confirmation.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces require a deposit as specified at the time of order.

Custom orders may not be cancelled once production has begun. Estimated delivery times for custom pieces are approximations.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

Payment requirements depend on the product and order type. For made-to-order furniture, our standard payment structure is 50% deposit to confirm production and 50% balance before shipping.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or communicated by our sales team.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by transport, customs procedures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Eligible standard items must be returned within the stated timeframe, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom-made pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
