The frame is constructed from solid mahogany, stained to a warm reddish-brown that deepens the grain's natural richness. The tabletop veneer features multiwood marquetry with floral and foliate designs inlaid with extraordinary precision. Ornate ormolu mounts — cast in brass and hand-chased to a gleaming antique gold finish — adorn the apron panels, leg capitals, and stretcher centrepiece, adding three-dimensional sculptural drama to every angle.

Craftsmanship
