The sweeping silhouette, with its gracefully curved cabriole legs terminating in ornate brass sabots, evokes the golden age of French Rococo and Italian Baroque design. The ivory lacquered finish lends an air of refined elegance, while the hand-engraved floral motifs on the tabletop whisper stories of master craftsmen devoted to their art.

Materials

Constructed from premium solid hardwood, the frame is hand-finished in a warm ivory lacquer that has been sanded and polished through multiple stages to achieve a flawless, porcelain-like surface. The decorative mounts — including the central apron medallion, scrolling foliate brackets, and leg collars — are cast in solid brass and individually hand-chased to bring out every detail of the baroque ornamental vocabulary. A bevelled tempered glass top protects the hand-painted surface beneath while adding a contemporary reflective quality.

Brass Ormolu Detailing

Each brass fitting is finished in a warm antique gold tone, hand-burnished to highlight the intricate relief work. The craftsmanship references traditional French ormolu techniques, where every mount is treated as a miniature sculpture rather than a mere decorative accessory.
